Hi there, I’m Caroline, a freelance copywriter for the Health and Wellness Industry.

I started out as nothing more than a graduate with a business degree and a dream to work as a copywriter. I soon began my career as a Marketing Coordinator for two different companies, where I wrote copy for their websites, email campaigns, social media, events, and more.

But, a couple years in I realized that I wanted to change the topic of what I was writing about.

You see, I grew up with severe scoliosis and often searched for ways to alleviate the issues that it – and my later back surgery – created for me. I suffered with daily pain, headaches, numbness, difficulty breathing, and heart palpitations. The search for a solution has been daunting, difficult, and stressful. But I didn’t think it had to be that way.

It sparked a passion in me to help others find their health solutions with ease.

In the Health & Wellness field, we want to optimize our health to age with strength - both mentally and physically. We thrive on the idea of living life to its fullest. And we desire to teach people how to do all that and more. And I am here to help you with that.
